You mean September 11th? I know it happened on Tuesday. That picture was the day before the attack, September 10th. I was saying I wonder how many people went to work all mad that it was Monday or taking the twin towers for granted. It really made me think about appreciating what I had more.

Don’t worry you don’t sound awful, it’s a sensitive subject to a lot of people. It makes me mad when people get dates wrong too so its ok ! Ahaha

While this picture was being taken, my uncle was already on his way up to help people get out of the North tower. He had told my mom he was fine and invincible, not to worry. I lost my hero that day, at only 8. September 11th has always been a day of wondering, did they find any part of him ? Once I understood what was going on I couldn’t understand why someone would want to kill thousands of people and for what ? Osama Bin Laden was killed right before my birthday, I wonder if that was my uncle’s funny way of saying Happy Birthday kid. He had a sense of humor like that.  You didn’t have to be related to anyone on September 11th, 2001, you just have to have a heart to care about what actually happened to all of those who didn’t get out of the North and South towers as they collapsed.
